Only a year after she bought the place, Madonna has hoisted her Hidden Hills estate back onto the market. Asking $26 million, the 12,500-square-foot mansion was formerly owned by The Weekend, and includes an outdoor kitchen, a pool house and a full-size basketball court. Elsewhere, Michael Keaton’s only child – 38-year-old songwriter and record producer Sean Douglas -- has swapped his century-old villa in Montecito for a historic mansion in L.A.'s posh Hancock Park. The pastel-pink Montecito compound includes a three-bedroom main house, separate guesthouse and gardens filled with colorful native plantings.
