On Saturday, the Curran Homestead in Orrington hosts an Irish celebration from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., including live music, an Irish breakfast, blacksmithing and pottery demonstrations and much more. Sunday is St. Patrick’s Day, and all the usual fun around eastern Maine is happening, including all day revelry starting at 6 a.m. at Paddy Murphy’s in downtown Bangor, live music and food from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Fogtown Brewing in Ellsworth, as well as Celtic band Kalos at the Gracie Theatre at 3 p.m. Husson University.
