Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate. 🦃 🍽️ 🌧 Today, we report on the scary situation in Cuba, where 15 artists, musicians, curators, and poets have been held hostage in an Old Havana apartment in Old Havana, an op-ed argues the Baltimore Museum of Art should be allowed to sell its art, and a new feminist art collective is raising awareness about the labor of motherhood.

In a ballot count on November 24, 356 adjunct and full-time faculty supported joining the United Academics of Philadelphia. The art professors first announced their intention to form a union on Labor Day, calling for “accountability, transparency, and shared decision making.”
