Make at home recipe of one of our most popular menu items:
Artichoke Dip, Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli.
Paired it with our 
2018 Sauvignon Blanc, Cheers!

Artichoke Dip

½ large can Artichoke quarters

3 cups mayo

3 tsp. chopped garlic

3 cups grated Parmesan

Place everything in a food processor and pulse until fully combined.

To Serve:

Fill small ramekin to top and microwave for 30 seconds. Then place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Fried Artichoke Hearts

Dredge 3 artichoke hearts in flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Lightly pan fry in oil on both sides.

Lemon Aioli

1-cup mayo

1 lemon- juiced

½ tsp. salt

mix together
