DC’s original crafting hour is here for your summer memories! Relive your summer camp days at Handi-hour with throwback arts and crafts. Make a bracelet with embroidery thread, a lanyard with plastic ties, or a popsicle stick bowl. Enjoy a refreshing adult beverage from ANXO cidery and light snacks. Must be 21+ and provide valid ID to participate.
This is your chance to explore the Renwick's second floor permanent collection galleries after hours. Currently on view are more than 100 works in a range of media—fiber, ceramics, glass, metal, wood, and mixed media—that push the boundaries of what we interpret the handmade to be in the twenty-first century.
