• Open File Explorer and select the Downloads folder, either under Quick Access or This PC. 
• Select the files you wish to remove and hit the Delete key on your keyboard, or right-click the files and select Delete.
• To select several files, hold the Shift key and click on the first and last files you want to get rid of. Release the Shift key, and all the files in between should be highlighted blue. Delete with your keyboard or the right-click method.
