Blintzes are so good!
And the only trick to making a blintz is the folding. And that's simple once you see how it's done.
In the first frame, you see strawberries piled on a simple cream cheese filling. I like the tartness of berries or cherry filling with the cream cheese but you can use other fruit.
This makes a fabulous breakfast in about 20 minutes. And you can get the crepe mix for free!
