Southwest Airlines flight attendants have approved a two-year labor contract that reportedly includes a 12.5% pay increase and a bonus. The agreement temporarily ends a struggle between airlines and unionized workers who think they should receive more of carriers' profit.

Salesforce's focus on philanthropy is one of the factors that makes it an attractive employer for millennials, according to CEO Marc Benioff. Salesforce's foundation co-founded Pledge 1%, an initiative in which companies agree to give 1% of their employees' time or company profit to charitable causes.
