The week's biggest real estate stories.
In one of Malibu’s bigger deals of the year, a striking midcentury modern home perched atop a steep cliff has sold for $45 million. Back in the 2000s, the house was owned and extensively renovated by Brad Pitt, who lived there with Angelina Jolie, and the property was later sold to Ellen DeGeneres. The latest owners are Jens and Emma Greed, co-founders of Kim Kardashian’s shapewar line Skims and Khloe Kardashian’s Good American denim brand. Located in the Encinal Bluffs neighborhood, the Gredes’ modernist estate includes a lap-lane swimming pool, full-size tennis court and unobstructed ocean views. |
