Evicted tenant arrested after climbing his way back into apartment: Richmond Heights Police Blotter
Officers responded to the 444 Park apartments at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 29 for a report of a man on top of a roof garage and found him throwing items down to a woman, who was placing them into a car. Responding officers recognized the man, who had been evicted earlier in the day in the presence of police and a court bailiff. At that time, he was told to arrange a time with management to return to gather the rest of his belongings.
