Hello,

A man's body has sadly been found on a beach in Lancashire today.

Emergency services were called to the beach near Fleetwood ferry terminal, off the Esplanade, after a man was found unresponsive.

He was found under the pier – close to the lifeboat station – which was taped off while police investigated and his body was recovered. Our thoughts are with his family.

Elsewhere today, a man in his 80s suffered serious head injuries following a multi-vehicle collision on the M65.

Emergency services were called to a multi-vehicle collision on the westbound carriageway near junction 6. The incident involved an Audi Q5, Nissan X-Trail, Vauxhall Corsa, Nissan Micra and a Ford Kuga.

We've also got a tour around one of the most expensive homes on the market in Preston currently. It's listed at a cool £1.65million.

Finally, our daily trawl through the archives has unearthed some cracking pictures of scenes at the now derelict Camelot Theme Park down the years.

Thanks for reading,

Adam
