| Officers responded Dec. 18 to a report of a man who stole Red Bull, wine, and other groceries from Giant Eagle. They located him in front of McDonald’s, drinking from a wine a bottle and with a grocery cart and a rotary salt spreader filled with stolen merchandise. He was also in possession of drug paraphernalia commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. |
