Managing Comorbidities in Type 2 Diabetes – Real World Evidence for Change

30 million Americans living with diabetes deserve better. Real-world data from the point-of-care demonstrates how electronic health platforms can empower clinical support and inform medical innovation and drug development to treat diabetes.
Diabetes management is challenging. The statistics are staggering, 30 million+ Americans have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) estimates that 1 in 4 healthcare dollars are spent on the care cost of individuals with diabetes.
