Wild swings in our weather from above normal to below average temperature this time of year. Surprising that the ground is not as wet as one would think with constant showers. Probably due to windy days. Wheat got first application of nitrogen in early March and it's greening up nicely, only if the geese would leave it alone. We were able to plant oats March 12th, but what else gets planted is a crap shoot. At the current prices, and inputs going up, better to pay rent and stay home.
