Boeing temporarily halts S.C. 787 operations Boeing temporarily suspended all 787 operations in South Carolina starting last week in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Operations will remain suspended until further notice. (Charleston Regional Business Journal) Boat cover manufacturer begins making face masks Boat cover and shade manufacturer LaPorte’s Products Inc. has converted its production line to make nonmedical masks for companies that need them to keep their employees working.
