Port selling Daniel Island property

The S.C. Ports Authority is selling a 104-acre property on the west side of Daniel Island that it has owned since 1997. The property was a proposed site for a container terminal that ultimately never happened, according to port leadership. (Charleston Regional Business Journal)

Greenville Tech names director for bachelor's program

Greenville Technical College has hired the person who will lead the first bachelor’s degree program offered at a two-year college in the S.C. Technical College System.
