Reddy has been named the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic’s new executive director, after serving as the acting executive director since July. Gotcha acquired by West Coast scooter company for $12M Gotcha Mobility LLC, the Charleston-based company operating dozens of bike and scooter programs across the country, has been acquired by Ojo Electric Corp. of Oxnard, Calif., for $12 million.
