Marc Buckner is back on South African soil.
In May, the Bachelor SA season 2 star announced on Instagram that he was headed on a "big" trip after being restricted to travel during the worldwide Covid-19 lockdown.
On 5 June, Buckner enjoyed his final workout in South Africa, and three days later, he was in Istanbul, Turkey.
Now, two-and-a-half months later, the reality TV star has returned to South Africa but reveals in a quick chat with News24 that it won't be for long.
"I was arranging emigration and the unabridged birth certificate, which took about a year. But it finally came through," Marc says, explaining why he is back.
"So, I can now prepare for a full emigration."
While "trying to get a different passport" was what pulled him back, Marc adds, "I just missed LuSi and my family and Cape Town and the mountain and the cooler weather, all those things."
