"Use sunscreen, everyone!"

Former Bachelor South Africa contestant Marc Buckner has joined several celebrities who are warning their followers to take care of their skin.

Buckner, who celebrated his 40th birthday in December, shared on Instagram on Friday that he was treating "painful and irritating" solar keratosis on his chest due to too much sun exposure.

He posted a shirtless photo and revealed his treatment plan, which includes "using the iPixel Erbium to remove [the precancerous spots] before they turn into something more sinister".

Buckner told News24 on Tuesday that it was something he noticed "three or four years" ago, but only took it seriously after he turned 40.

He added that after his friends and family pointed out that he needed to "do something", he "started to get a little concerned" and decided to see a specialist.

As a result, he has to undergo laser treatment for precancerous spots over his whole chest and face; however, because of his modelling work, he can only do it in sections.

When asked what advice he would give his younger self, he said: "I would never lie in the sun again. Not to catch a tan, that's for sure."

Lady Amelia Spencer has taken to Instagram to share more photos from her "magical" wedding.

BTS star J-Hope was set to start his mandatory South Korean military service on Tuesday.

REVIEW

"The story of a lone virtuous cop standing up against a corrupt police force and powerful gangsters feels tacked on to give Renfield a conventional plot structure and an excuse for frenetic action sequences."
