Formerly owned by the widow of a Chicago real estate tycoon and sold for $11.5 million, the sprawling property includes a midcentury main house with expansive walls of glass and rustic wood trimmings throughout, plus a sail-shaped infinity pool. And just down the coast, an elegant compound in guard-gated Beverly Park is up grabs, asking nearly $49 million.
