After recently trading hands for $8.4 million, Marilyn Monroe's iconic Los Angeles home may soon be demolished by its new owner. Tucked behind gates in the posh Brentwood neighborhood, the 1920s Spanish-style hacienda was the only property ever owned by the legendary actress, and the location of her 1962 death. And up in Ventura County, legendary songwriter Paul Anka is offering his groovy Thousand Oaks home to the tune of $10 million.
