Who is trying to tear down Marilyn Monroe's famed L.A. residence? New clues point directly at the neighbor -- a billionaire heiress named Brinah Milstein, who already owns the much larger house next door to Monroe's. But the L.A. city council has voted to consider the Monroe property for historic preservation, temporarily blocking Milstein's efforts to create a giant compound by demolishing the Brentwood home.
