Mark Pilgrim has resumed chemotherapy and immunotherapy after months-long recovery from a collapsed lung.
The beloved radio broadcaster shared a photo in which he is lying on a bed with his eyes closed on Instagram on Thursday.
Pilgrim is undergoing treatment for stage 4 lung cancer. The 53-year-old shared his diagnosis in February 2022 and, in June, revealed that it had spread to his femur, the base of his spine and lymph nodes.
In September, Pilgrim underwent a 45-minute radiation therapy session which he said would "hopefully" treat "the tumours in the leg and spine".
