Marlin Equity is prepping the sale of Logi Analytics, which provides software focused on embedding analytics in commercial and enterprise applications, writes Milana Vinn on PE Hub today.

Marlin originally invested in Logi Analytics in October 2017, and has grown Logi through multiple add-ons, Milana writes. Check it out here on PE Hub.

Accel-KKR quietly raised its debut evergreen small-cap focused fund, called Emerging Buyout Partners, through the pandemic downturn, the firm is expected to announce later today.
