If you’re having trouble reaching your health or weight loss goals we are here to help. When you sign up for our 12-Day McDougall Program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Support Specialist who will meet with you each day of the program to answer any questions you have. You will continue to work with your Support Specialist on a weekly and then monthly basis for an entire year following the program to help you stay on track.
