The holiday season is right around the corner and for those who normally eat a healthy diet, this time of year can feel overwhelming. You wonder how to socialize with friends and family, and how to prepare one of the largest feasts of the year while pleasing everyone and staying on track with your healthy eating. 

The good news is that traditional holiday meals include the healthiest food on the planet - classic dishes like mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, acorn squash and pumpkin pie. In other words, a beautiful holiday feast full of starches and vegetables you love.
