You’ll Finally Be Able to Get Your Hands on an NES Classic Edition Next Month

nes classic edition in the palm of a hand
Unless you were one of the lucky ones who manage to snag one of Nintendo's mini NES systems when they debuted nearly two years ago, you may have thought you were out of luck when Nintendo cut off the supply—or at least may have been left wondering when they'd produce more. Now, you've finally got what you've been waiting for, unless you went the eBay route and spent an absurd amount of money to get one any way, in which case, you may not be quite as thrilled about this news.

Monday Cute: Let’s Remember All the Times Jake x Amy Have Been Adorable

Melissa Fumero and Andy Samberg in Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013)
Not since Shawn and Angela (sorry Cory and Topanga) have a straight live action couple filled me with so much squee. Now that Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been saved by NBC, we can enjoy the upcoming Jake and Amy wedding knowing that we will get one more season filled with one of tv's best couples.

Lisa Joy’s Directing Debut, “The Riddle of the Sphinx,” Gives Us Westworld‘s Best S2 Episode Yet

Peter Mullan as James Delos on HBO's 'Westworld'
What goes on four feet in the morning, two feet at noon, and three feet in the evening? The answer to the 'Riddle of the Sphinx' is 'man,' and the riddle itself about aging: crawling baby, to walking adult, to elderly person with a cane. It's interesting, then, that the Westworld episode of the same name is about humanity's attempt to do the exact opposite.

Oh moms, where would we be without you? You gave us life, love, support, and plenty of grief over our high school sartorial choices (maybe you were right, those gold corduroy pants have NOT aged well). In honor of Mother's Day, we're doing a round up of some of our favorite moms from the geeky world of film, television, and comics. Because while shapeshifters, wizards, and time travelers are swell, we know that moms are the closest thing to real-life superheroines we have.

The WB is Back with Series Orders for Roswell and Charmed Reboots

Charmed
Break out the scrunchies and the slap bracelets! The 90's television revival continues with the CW picking up reboots of Charmed and Roswell. Both genre series ran on the former WB (and UPN) and will now be resurrected with Latinx casts and storylines that touch on diversity and inclusivity. I'm still holding out hope for a gritty reboot of Homeboys in Outer Space.
