Would you take a pay cut to work how you want to?15% of workers would take a 25% pay cut at their current or next prospective employer if that employer offered them the option of working remotely full-time, according to a report surveying 1,000 workers from Breeze, a disability insurance company. The results also showed 65% of workers said they’d take a 5% pay cut to work from home.
How do you feel about the ability to work remotely being on the table for salary negotiations? Is it something that an employee should get paid more or less to do? Is it something that should effect pay scale at all?
