I received an email from a CCDS holder recently whose certification was about to expire. She said she had not received any email reminders from us. I confirmed her email address is the same one I have in the CCDS database.
So, why didn’t she get our messages? To be honest, I have no idea. The particular CCDS holder in question, however, told me that she had a note in her calendar that her recertification was coming due, so she wasn’t really counting on us to remind her. She was just curious about why she hadn’t heard from us.
