| As seen in this week’s Russell Township police blotter, dispatch advised officers who were on the scene of a crash 10:37 a.m. Jan. 18 that an erratic driver wearing a mask, honking his horn, swerving and making hand gestures out the window was headed in their direction. South Russell police eventually caught and stopped the vehicle. |
