Diamond Several years ago, I lived with a curious orange cat named Max who taught me a very important life lesson. Max’s curiosity took him to many places — the bottom of my sewing basket, my clothes hamper, my dresser drawers, and under the kitchen sink. But Max wasn’t the only one who got into everything. I did, too. I was as unpredictable and flighty as Max. I’ve had lots of jobs — telephone operator, tin-can inspector, radio copywriter, secretary, receptionist, HR director, marketing director and dog groomer. I also owned a few businesses.
