Microsoft is announcing updates to the Office 365 Enterprise K1 plan — designed to enable your frontline workers to do their best work with tools for schedule and task management, communications and community, training and onboarding, and identity and access management.

O365 Enterprise K1 now includes:

• Microsoft StaffHub — Helps workers manage their workday with schedule management, information sharing and the ability to connect to other work-related apps and resources.

• OneDrive for Business — Provides employees a secure environment to store, manage and access files from anywhere on any device.

• Skype for Business — Enables employees to communicate in real-time and participate in Skype Meeting Broadcast sessions.

• Microsoft Teams — A hub for teamwork that connects employees to the people, tools and content they need to do their best.

• Office 365 Video — Provides employees with a secure, company-wide destination for discovering and accessing video content

• Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Flow — Eases the automation of repetitive tasks and workflows.

As of 7^th April 2017, Office 365 E4 will be officially retired. Current E4 customers will therefore no longer be able to renew subscriptions, however current subscriptions will not be impacted until the end of their 12-month terms.

E4 customers have the option to either:

• Remain in your current subscription;

• Move to a new O365 Enterprise plan prior to expiration, such as E5 or E3.
