Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released theMay2021 monthly report on state Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility and enrollment data. This data reflects a range of indicators related to key application, eligibility, and enrollment processes from state Medicaid and CHIP agencies.

CMS also posted theMay2021 Enrollment Trends Snapshot that showsMedicaid & CHIP enrollment trends from February 2020 toMay 2021. The snapshot also captures high level information on the trend in the number of Medicaid and CHIP applications received by states.
