New technology for roll-on balls

Berry Global has developed a patented technology for the manufacture of the roll-on balls used in the production of roll-on deodorant applicators. The company says the technology delivers faster output to produce balls at a consistently high quality, with minimal material wastage during production.

The new technology represents a multi-million investment by Berry and demonstrates the company’s extensive technical and design expertise, harnessing the skills and experience of personnel across its global network to create a game-changer for the roll-on deodorant market.

Ingredient against skin irritation

Mibelle Biochemistry's newest ingredient "AmelioSense" presents a revolutionary approach to addressing skin irritation and redness. It works effectively against pyroptosis, a programmed, highly inflammatory cell death, while at the same time reducing general skin inflammation processes that lead to redness and irritated skin.
Recent studies have identified pyroptosis as a key factor exacerbating rosacea. This process involves the activation of the inflammasome, leading to chronic inflammation and worsening symptoms.
The new ingredients effectively inhibits active caspase-1, the main enzyme driving pyroptosis, and reduces the expression of inflammatory markers. Clinical studies have shown that "AmelioSense" visibly decreases the appearance of blood vessels and redness, particularly in the cheek area, offering relief and improved skin appearance for those affected by rosacea and other inflammatory skin issues.
