Questioning the port deal: The Port of South Louisiana's announcement last week that it would spend nearly half a billion dollars to buy the former Avondale shipyard site raised a number of questions. So far, port officials have declined to show the documentation backing that $445 million price tag, Tony McAuley and Sam Karlin report.
