Tuesday 2 February 2021Message from City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey RobertsDear City of Wanneroo residents As you would be aware, the State Government’s five-day lockdown measures, announced on Sunday, are in place to help prevent the spread of COVID across the metropolitan area, Peel and South West regions. We will continue to update digital channels to keep our community informed and information on the City’s services will be provided regularly at www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au under the COVID tab. Meanwhile, I encourage you to also check the WA Health Department and WA Government websites for the most recent information. To ensure community members are informed about the restrictions, translations of the advice are available in several languages. Go to the State Government website for a list of the completed translations. More are expected to be uploaded as they are finalised. Our amenities may be closed but our teams are still available, continuing to support our City’s community members and businesses through these latest COVID restrictions. Essential support including kerbside waste collections and ranger/security services will be delivered as scheduled. Please be assured that the City is committed to supporting our residents as best we can, and maintaining contact with vulnerable members of our community. As your Mayor, I encourage you to visit our website or Facebook page for updates on the City’s services. For updates on the evolving situation, please visit WA.gov.au and the WA Health Department website. On behalf of your Council members and all at the City of Wanneroo, keep well and stay safe. Best regards, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo Forward Unsubscribe |
