McDougall's Medicine: The Lower GI Tract

This Sunday at 5 PM PT tune in to our YouTube channel and join the McDougalls for a talk about the GI tract. Dr. McDougall will go through the lower GI tract from hemorrhoids and diverticula to constipation and varicose veins. In order to have a healthy GI tract you need to put the right food into your colon. Your diet should be based upon unrefined starches like potatoes, beans, rice, corn, sweet potatoes, and whole wheat breads and pastas with the addition of fruits and vegetables. No animal products, and especially no dairy protein of any kind, should be a part of your diet.
