McMaster lifts "last call" ordinance as CDC urges vigilance

Beginning today, S.C. bars and restaurants can resume alcohol sales after 11 p.m. Also, large gatherings of 250 or more people no longer require state approval. The move came as the CDC warned against a "false sense of security."

Network helps distribute $1.3M in state-grown food

The S.C. Food Hub Network helped four state food distributors allocate more than $5 million in fresh food in 2020, including $1.3 million from S.C. farmers. The network coordinates resources for food hubs, which connect farmers to buyers.

Columbia warehouses sell for $7.25 million

The Sunbelt Court buildings total 136,000 square feet and were 96% leased at the time of the sale with an average tenant occupancy of 13 years. Colliers South Carolina facilitated the transaction. Tenants include TopBuild, Campbell Soup Co. and Carolina Wholesale Floors.
