COVID-19 has disrupted our lives, including our work lives. This may be a good time to check in with your people and see how they’re doing.

Think of this as a quick check-in for those working under different—or difficult—circumstances. How are they feeling? Are they getting the information they need? What are they missing?

We put together a sample survey for your internal use.

Here’s the deal: Use any or all of the questions, add your own or adapt the template to make it more relevant for your organization or your special circumstances.

The survey template is free. Take it and run with it.
