One of Tanji’s prime picks, Lingua Franca Avni ($38), is a stunning Chardonnay from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. It has notes of bright apple and citrus and will pair beautifully with our Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with Kale and Sausage Breadcrumbs.
