An extraordinary virtual meeting for the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) took place on Thursday, 11 August 2022, to propose recommendations to WHO on the use of COVID-19 vaccines. Issues discussed included use of COVID vaccines in children and second booster doses for high risk people. We are inviting you to a virtual press conference at which the outcomes of this meeting will be outlined by the SAGE chairman and WHO experts.
