Each year, Accounting Today recognizes the 100 Best Firms to Work For in the U.S. — and then picks the 10 Best Firms for Women from among those based on the responses of their female staff to a comprehensive employee survey. Meet these female-friendly workplaces → |

Firms must have a minimum of 15 female employees, regardless of firm size, while those with more than 60 employees must have a minimum of 25% women. The female response rate to the employee survey of the Best Firms to Work For program must be greater than or equal to 40%, and 80% for employers with less than 25 women. In addition, firms must have an 80% average positive response from women.
