Jennifer Bing has more than 25 years of development and nonprofit leadership experience. She oversees fundraising from individual donors, corporations, foundations, and other institutions at the National Center for Lesbian Rights, a national legal organization committed to advancing the rights of LGBTQ people and their families. She also is founder and head of Bing Consulting Services, a fundraising and event production consultancy that focuses on LGBTQ, human rights, housing, and HIV causes.

Michael O’Neill
President, Beneficence Partners

Michael O’Neill has raised nearly $2 billion in philanthropic revenue throughout more than 30 years in the education and nonprofit sectors. He founded Beneficence Partners in 2022 to assist organizations achieve their institutional vision through sustainable, aspirational, and active philanthropy. Prior to his current role, O’Neill served as senior vice president for university advancement at Villanova University, where he raised $1.2 billion for capital endowment and programmatic priorities, more than doubled the university’s advancement staff, and established regional development offices in several major U.S. cities.
