How to Foster Pay Equity for Fundraisers

Thursday, June 23 | 2:00 - 3:15 PM ET

San Francisco’s Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund overhauled its approach to compensation, creating a “job architecture” to make pay more transparent and consistent for all employees and job candidates. The group can now make faster hiring and promotion decisions while helping employees understand their path for career growth.

How can your nonprofit improve compensation policies and practices? What are the best practices you should adopt to remain competitive in a hot job market?

Join us tomorrow for
How to Foster Pay Equity for Fundraisers to learn from two seasoned executives.

Because this topic is so essential to retaining staff in a hot job market — and to advancing diversity and equity goals — we're offering a special rate of $49 so professionals at nonprofits of all types and sizes can participate.
