| Diego Aviles | Vice President of Development, Northeast Region, United Negro College Fund Diego Aviles oversees fundraising efforts that bring in more than $10 million annually to support historically Black colleges and universities and programs that ensure more students of color can attend and graduate from college. Previously, Aviles was a fundraising executive at the YMCA of Greater New York, where he led its annual campaign, raising more than $8 million each year to increase access to the Y’s programs.

| Erin Fincher | Senior Director of Foundation Relations and Strategic Initiatives, North Texas Food Bank Erin Fincher has helped increase fundraising revenue at the Food Bank by more than 500 percent since joining the organization in 2010. She has three decades of fundraising experience including serving as a leader at the National MS Society, The Arc of Dallas, and Arlington Life Shelter. She also is a member of the Nonprofit Advisory Group for Communities Foundation of Texas’s North Texas Giving Day, an annual online giving event.
