How Jerusalema vocalist Nomcebo Zikode went from singing backup to taking centre stage
In the spring of 2019, Nomcebo Zikode stepped into the studio with producer Master KG to create a song called Jerusalema. Months later, the track went viral.
While many were blown away by the success of the song, it came as no surprise to the singer - she knew there was something special about it from the moment she first penned the lyrics.
