Members as Artists
ABSTRACT AZALEA CONTEST
 3 winning entries announced on April 20. Winning artists receive a package of Azalea items and a surprise bonus from the museum shop. These three images will be produced by the Museum Shop on Magnetic Bookmarks, Notecards or Luggage Tags and sold in the museum shop.
We know CAM members are not just art lovers, but artists too! And we're guessing you love the explosion of azaleas all around us. Here's a chance to have some fun and show us what you see in our great outdoors - or your backyard!
All current CAM members are invited to send in a free entry to our Abstract Azalea Contest. Subject is AZALEAS - can be abstract image (or not).
- Medium can be photography, painting, drawing, sculpture or other.
- Entry is free, limit of 3 entries per member (individual).
- Contest is open to all current CAM members of any age (includes Volunteers, Museum School instructors and students, however CAM staff excluded).
- Three winning entries are selected by CAM volunteers through blind judging process. Winners are announced at CAM's Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on April 20.
- These three images will be produced by the Museum Shop on Magnetic Bookmark, Notecard or Luggage Tags and sold in the shop. Winning artists receive a package of Azalea items and a surprise bonus from the shop. Also, artists' names will appear on the final product.
- Submit entries between March 20 and April 14. Artist's work can be from any year. Digital images only to npope@cameronartmuseum.org
- Must include your name, address, phone, email and medium with EACH entry.
