ACCIONA and SEPCO III are EPC contractors in the project developed and financed by ENGIE, NESMA, and AJLAN for Saudi Arabia’s SWPC


The project comprises three main clusters, with eight retail units in each, and will feature a promenade, marina, cafes, and restaurants


Orascom has joined a green hydrogen consortium with Fertiglobe, Scatec, and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt to develop the first-of-its-kind project


The project included the development of a main building with two levels spread over 632m2, along with other refurbishments


The SCA event will create an interactive platform to link project owners from government and private entities with construction stakeholders
