It's a Hudson Christmas

                        

At Hudson Meats this Christmas, we are pleased to offer you again an abundant of high quality products for your Christmas table.  Continuing to follow our philosophy of paddock to plate and maintaining our three values of provenance, quality and integrity.

Our hams are Black Berkshire from Byron Bay and have been smoked by our good friends at Blackforest Smokehouse.  Colin Holt is very proud of the hams and has already begun his very own quality control tasting.

The turkeys again this year are from our good friends at Thirlmere Poultry & Game.  John Meredith does a great job each year growing the turkeys to various sizes for our customer's requests.

Chicken and Ducks are sourced from Saskia Beer and John Meredith.

We have increased the supply of grass-fed beef to keep up the demand of our dry-ageing cycle during the Christmas period.
