Dear Stakeholder The health of our stakeholders and staff is a top priority. We are monitoring the news, focusing on the facts and taking the necessary precautions during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
In light of this, we have taken the following measures:Office closure - Our offices are closed until 30 April.
- You can reach us on 011 697 0660. If your call is unanswered, please send an email to info@asb.co.za. All our staff are available on their usual email addresses.
- If you would like to meet with us, please make an appointment. Depending on risk factors involved, this may be through a virtual rather than a face-to-face meeting.
Events - All meetings, project groups, workshops and roundtable discussions are cancelled until the end of April.
- Any meetings, project groups, workshops and roundtable discussions scheduled after the end of April will remain as scheduled. We will reassess the situation at the end of April and, should any events need to be cancelled, we will communicate with you.
- Where meetings are hosted by stakeholders other than the ASB, for example, Public Sector Accounting Forum meetings, we will be led by the host.
- If you have registered for meetings, project groups, workshops and roundtable discussions please do not stay away from confirmed events without notifying us by email first.
- If you feel unwell, rather stay at home and consult your doctor, as soon as possible.
If you attend any face-to-face meetings, please make sure your contact details are correct, should tracing need to be done after the meeting.
